Our operators, including the owner, all work from their computers, and are linked to provide any necessary collaboration on a project. With pagers, cellular phones, the internet, and interactive online service support ProEx is a completely mobile company. Even our administrative support services like accounting, marketing and advertising are performed at other sites on contract. Thus, there is no need for an advertising budget or personnel costs to be worked into any quote.
Each ProEx contractor is responsible to maintain his or her own materials, product and equipment according to standards designated by the owner. This saves an enormous amount of overhead and reduces the time personnel spend in an office for no other reason than waiting around. By applying personnel on as need basis, the savings are passed on to the client.

Our staff also enjoys the fact that they don't have to commute to an office! They get to spend more time with their families. When they are needed, they concentrate on the reason we are in business - to provide our clients with timely inspection and job completion at the most cost effective rates in the industry.
ProEx makes our office at your home or business. We bring all the materials necessary to conduct our inspections, compile our reports, and perform treatment. There is no need to store large quantities of sales materials, equipment or tools. Maintaining minimal inventories means we don't have to pay for monthly leases that our competitors do.
With the two largest cost factors eliminated, namely a salesforce and office operations, ProEx can offer fumigation at the price of the wholesaler. But there are even more reasons why our pricing is more advantageous.

Proex makes an honest measurement of the structure. This bears repeating.We make an honest measurement of the structure. This "underestimation" of job requirements is ONE WAY our competitors' salespeople can "LOWER THEIR PRICE".
Other services routinely underestimate the size of the building being fumigated as they work off price charts. Because the ONLY WAY they can lower their price is to lower the size of the building.
TAKE OUR CHALLENGE and CHECK FOR YOURSELF BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE. ProEx uses only accurate sizing to give the customer the best possible price and termite eradication. If you lower the size of the structure to obtain a lower price, you will use less fumigant and may not eradicate the termites. Any more than a five (5%) percent reduction in fumigant will most likely result in unsuccessful fumigation.

Make sure you examine the measurement figures BEFORE signing any contract. ProEx encourages our customers to grab a tape measure and check our math and check theirs. Let's see if any other service will say the same thing to you AND put it in writing.
Take a room that is typically 10' wide by 12' long and 8' high. 10x12x8=960 square feet. Simple math for calculating the fumigant needed. However, if your room is actually 8'4" high, and 10'4" on one side you easily add more square feet to the calculation. In fact, that "960" square foot room is really 1,033 square feet or 9% larger and requires more fumigant, not less. Imagine comparing Proex prices to the competitor if the competition uses 9% LESS fumigant. You might save dollars and lose your home!

ProEx uses state-of-the-art NON-Petrochemicals. They are safer for everyone and the environment, now and in the future.
Most other firms are now using water based chemicals which are not as effective as the older petroleum based chemicals in eliminating the termites. They are not state-of-the-art by any means, and the dilution of these products further reduces effectiveness.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ASK THEM WHAT THEY USE.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW.
Ask them to explain it if you don't understand.
Then compare.
Our competitors will play the old "bait and switch game" on you if you aren't careful - You will get a quote from them using their "standard" chemicals. Then if you want the more appropriate product for application it will cost you. A lot more. Have them give you the quotes on both chemical treatments (properly measured of course) up front and watch their prices climb!

IF THE FORMULAS PROEX USES ARE SO MUCH BETTER HOW COME THE OTHER GUYS DON'T USE THEM?
Part or the reason most companies today use the water based chemicals is their cost is about $.25 cents per gallon. So, in their bravado to tell you how safe their products are, they mislead you by keeping the fact that the extra profit goes in their pocket while the quality of the application is suspect at best. It is cheaper for their company to send a staff technician out to reapply what should have been done properly in the first place. And when the technicians go home and use the cheap stuff around their own homes the company won't care since it doesn't cost them much.
(Remember, many of their staff stand in their office around that coffee maker just waiting for your complaint.)
The cheap water-based substitute keeps their costs down; however the results are not as good. And certainly not what you paid for or expect.
