ProEx performs real estate and home inspections in accordance with the Structural Pest Control Act and rules and regulations. These are very strict guidelines which insure not only ethical conduct on the part of inspectors and exterminators, but should also be the benchmark by which potential clients rate our services.

ProEx has been conducting thorough examinations for over thirty years. Some competitors will send "inspectors" out on the job after a few weeks of training to sell you their service, whether you truly need it or not.

ProEx feels this is neither adequate for the duties involved, nor fair to the home or business owner. Termites and their potential damage can ruin properties.

ProEx values your investment as much as you do, that is why we continually educate ourselves on methods, products and procedures as they change within our industry.
