Ask Yourself These Important Questions About Fumigation & Local Treatment:
How can I tell which one is appropriate?
Which service is telling me the truth?

Our Answer Depends On The Following Clear Indicators:
ProEx will perform LOCAL drywood termite treatment, patching and refinishing unless one of the FOUR FACTORS for FUMIGATING are present. If the factors indicate infestation, then fumigation is the ONLY recommendation we give.
These factors are:

1. Infestation leading into inaccessible areas.

2. Widespread infestations in various areas of the building.

3. Damage from termites.
Typically, this takes 5-7 years to begin. So, by the time you can see it, the internal damage is substantial.

4. Swarming or evidence of swarming in the structure.
(Who really knows where they all are?)

The evidence we talk about above is not assumed. You do not have to take our word for it. ProEx can physically show you the damage and evidence of infestation which warrants fumigation.
Then YOU can make an intelligent and confident decision.
